This policy explains how GoSosmed collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our service.

2. How We Use Data
Data is used to provide and maintain the service, process content scheduling and publishing, deliver analytics, prevent abuse, improve user experience, and comply with legal obligations. We may also send operational notifications related to your account.
3. Access to Social Media Accounts
To run scheduling and analytics features, we need to connect to your social media accounts through official APIs or a browser profile. Authorizations and tokens are stored securely and used only to perform the functions you request. You can revoke access at any time from the dashboard.
4. Data Security
We apply reasonable security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS), at-rest encryption of secrets (AES-256-GCM), role-based access control, per-tenant data isolation, and audit logs for sensitive actions. However, no system is completely immune to breaches.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the service (such as QRIS/PayPal/NOWPayments payment providers, hosting providers, and analytics), only as required, or where required by law.
6. Storage and Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. If an account is deleted, we delete or anonymize personal data in accordance with our retention policy.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, request export, or request deletion of your personal data. You may also manage cookies and preferences, and withdraw consent at any time. Submit requests via support email.
