By accessing or using GoSosmed (bamsbung.id), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing up, or using the GoSosmed service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to all provisions of this document and its related policies (Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy).
2. Description of Service
GoSosmed is a social media content management platform that lets users schedule, manage, and monitor content across multiple platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, and Shopee Video), and manage many accounts in one dashboard.
3. Accounts and User Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, including passwords and authentication methods. Do not share credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account and agree to notify us of any unauthorized access.
4. Compliance with Platform Rules
You agree to comply with each social media platform's Terms of Service and guidelines when using them through GoSosmed. GoSosmed is not responsible for third-party platform decisions (including account restrictions or suspension) resulting from use of the service.
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law. Using GoSosmed for illegal activity, spam, phishing, distribution of infringing content, or activity harmful to the system or other users is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoSosmed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or third-party platform service disruptions. Our cumulative liability does not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah and may change from time to time with reasonable notice. Payments are processed through available gateways (QRIS iPaymu, PayPal, or NOWPayments crypto). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as set out in the Refund Policy. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we determine a breach of these terms or harmful activity has occurred. You may also stop using and delete your account at any time.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved through amicable negotiation and, if necessary, in the competent courts of Indonesia.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the site or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
